RHAMMA

RHAMMA is a heavy duty, Robotic, Hydraulic, Autonomous, Multipurpose Manipulator Arm that can be used for a variety of tasks in mining and construction. By combining the precision of an industrial robot arm with the robustness and strength of a hydraulic excavator, this equipment can be used in the most demanding of applications to dramatically improve efficiencies and reduce hazards associated with manual handling or slinging of heavy equipment.

Providing substantially greater power density than electrically powered robotic arms, this hydraulic system is superior at large capacity and reach. It also performs dramatically better in harsh environments and can withstand impacts and shock loads, and exert larger forces to tackle any task.

The system can be provided with various mounting options including truck-body with outriggers for mobile applications or a pedestal base for use in fixed plant scenarios.

By utilising easily interchangeable heads for different tasks, the applications are endless. A precision hydraulic gripper can be quickly exchanged for other primary tools including rockbreakers, pressure washers and torque tools. This makes it the ideal solution for tasks such as GET handling, replacement, cleaning and loosening, crusher relining, tailings pipe rotation, heavy vehicle maintenance, and many others.
